The new contender ready rocker series has the same shape and ground surface characteristics with a rockered ground surface. This should can be put in flat or modified further to create higher level mechanics from a rockered/multiplanar trim. When applied flat this shoe will increase palmar angle by 4 to 6 degrees depending on placement. Medial and lateral leverage reduction created by the rails will help reduce tension in the lamina and collateral ligaments. The deepest portion of the rocker should be placed under the center of rotation of the coffin joint. This is easily found on the sole surface at the termination of the bars into the sole or ideally radiographically. The rocker pivot point is located toward the back third of the shoe allowing for a full toe fit while keeping the mechanics in the right place. Great for managing low grade navicular, thin soles and negative palmar angles with excessive toe leverage. Comes with extra source material to easily pull clips. Un punched to allow your own personal pitch and nail hole preference.
